- 20 ounces crushed pineapple with juice NOT SYRUP
- 1 (3.4 oz) package white chocolate instant pudding
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
In a large bowl, mix together crushed pineapple and pudding mix, ounce combined, mix in the remaining ingredients.
Chill for at least one hour, preferably overnight.
